In November, 2022 I will be celebrating 30 years as a Professional Recruiter. Do you know what that means? It means I have seen, heard, and gone through a lot in my days as a Recruiter. I have represented so many different roles, represented many different industries, worked with so many different people, personalities, cultures, attitudes, and more, all at different stages, from A-Z including the “C” Suite.
I am still going strong.
Why? Because I am extremely good at what I do. I know how to ask the correct questions, I know how to listen with intent, watch people as they speak and move and filter out the individuals that I know my client will not want to meet; and most of all I know how to represent the individuals that my clients will want to hire!
