Hiring (& Getting Hired) In 2022

“Do you know where you are going to, do you like the things in life is showing you, where are you going to, do you know?” Now that I have your attention and you have that song stuck in your head, let me ask you, Do you know where you are going?

Today’s world of employment is all over the place. Companies wanting to hire have a need to hire. People want to get hired but are complaining that they are sending out hundreds of resumes but know one is calling them for an interview. And then we have, “I need to hire, but no one is applying.” Best yet, “I am done working in an office and I only want remote!!”

What the heck people?? You want work, can’t get it. You want remote, but the competition now is out of control. You want to hire, and yet you refuse to hire, you just keep interviewing.

So, what do you do? You push through all the crap and make yourself a known entity. You make your resume full of your value, your purpose, and your why. If you don’t know how, hire me and I will get you there.

You stop interviewing and start hiring. No need to interview more than five candidates. If you find the person in the first one or two, HIRE THEM!!

If you only want remote, open yourself to other possibilities.

So much is going on right now in the US workforce and in order to get our economy running smoothly again we all need to compromise just a bit. Compromise, adjust and make decisions. If you want to hire but are confused on how, HIRE ME, I will get you through it. I mean, I do have a 95% success rate YoY, just saying!!

Stop wanting so much and start getting back on track.

Now, the next question: What don’t know about yourself?

A lot!

When people hire me, my job is to bring out the true you. People trust me in knowing the right questions to get them thinking. Yes, I get you thinking of all sorts of wonderful things about yourself that hiring managers want to see. You have so much to say and share and keep over-thinking the process on how to display who you are. Stop thinking and just do!!

Easier said than done, I get it. But that is what I am here for. Let it all out, then we can formulate a process where you search out the companies you want to work for and not just throw your resume out there to see what sticks. If you have applied for over 20 roles in the last few months, and you have received nothing, we need to talk. If you have been on 10 interviews and no one is hiring you, we need to talk.

Once you get to know the real you and all that you offer, interviewing becomes more enlightening; your confidence and understanding of yourself shines through.

If you need help, want help, or just don’t know where to start, here I am. Allow me to take you on your own personal journey to help you find your new career. And employers, stop the madness and start reacting to all the resumes that are coming in. People want to work, you need hire, it really is a win, win!!
