Feeling Confident With Who You Are
What do you need to fill comfortable with who you are?
How many times do you question yourself about who you are, what you are doing and why you are doing it? If you are like me, at times, too many, not enough, and hopefully you don’t need to.
Taking chances on yourself is the most difficult thing one can do, and when you add, “For your Career,” watch out world. Taking steps on how to feel comfortable in your skin and using your voice to do so can be scary. But it can also make you feel like you know you should.
When you are looking for that new career or making a career transition, a few words and thoughts will come into your mind.
• People
• Trust
• Attitude
• Conversations
• Value
• Decision making
• Skills
• Networking
• Moving forward
• Confidence
How you incorporate these words and use them is up to you. Once you are comfortable with yourself, interviewing is a bit easier. Decision making is more confident, you value yourself and trust yourself with your skills to move forward and you start network with a positive attitude. People become your friends and resources. Your conversations are stronger, and you become comfortable with the real you.
Now how do you feel?
