I Teach Other Recruiters To Be Better Recruiters

Recruiting is an art that most people think they want to do and can do, however, not many can.

For 30 years I have been recruiting, listening, and learning daily. I treat everyone with dignity and respect. It’s not always easy, given some individuals feel recruiters are just screeners to get in the door and they can treat you any way they want.  WRONG! Think again.

Why you need me, a National Professional Recruiter?

  1. I ask the hard questions.

  2. I ask the questions you never thought of.

  3. I ask the questions that make candidates & employers think, and when I do, I watch them, listen to them, and judge them. (Yup, you read that correctly).

It is my job to judge others when I recruit for a company. Why, may you ask? Because that is what employers pay me for: To give them my perspective on the individual. Most likely, I will know more about their goals, values, and purpose than anyone. I feel it is important to know the person I am representing. I don’t ask questions that will result in just a “yes” or “no.” I want to hear them, I want to know what they like about themselves and hear about their accomplishments. Body language and tone play a big part in interviewing, and I take pride knowing my craft.

This is what I have learned in my 30 years of recruiting. This is what I can teach others in your company to do as well. If you are looking to upgrade your recruiting efforts and have stronger and smarter results, let me guide and teach your recruiters.
