Confidence

For the last few weeks this word, “confidence,” has been going around on LinkedIn; how to get your confidence, how to show your confidence and what it takes to have confidence.

We all have confidence, some just have more than others, some have too much, and some unfortunately, don’t have enough.

So, how do you know where you stand on your confidence? You have a hard look in the mirror and ask yourself a few questions.

Do I trust myself?

Do I believe in myself?

Do I carry myself well?

Do I know myself?

If you answered “yes” to all four, (and yes, there are more) you have it down pretty good. If you answered “no” to any of these questions, you may need to work on yourself a bit. We are born with confidence, yes, we are. We learn more about ourselves every day, what we do about it is another story. How can you help yourself build your confidence? Trust in yourself, get to know who you are, what you offer as a human and stand tall.

Sounds easy, right? At times it really can be, and other times you may need a bit of help.

If you need help, reach out, I am here to help you learn more about yourself, what you offer, and how to share that with others. Just a thought about a word that some people take for granted and others need to work on.
