Searching For A New Career In The Summer?

If you find yourself searching for your next career in the Summer months, you may ask yourself, “should you or should you not?”

25 years ago the answer used to be , maybe not. Maybe wait till the kids are back in school, vacations have been taken and just enjoy the time and weather, depending on where you live and take that mental break we all need.

25 years later, NOT SO MUCH.

Search now and forever hold your computer!!!

Times changed, and they’re still changing and will continue to change so, don’t wait. Why would you wait? It takes, on average, at least 2-4 months to find the career you want. Remember, that this is an average; not all will take that long and some will be shorter (so we all hope) and at times, it could be longer depending on the role you are seeking.
