The Holidays Are For Hiring

It is that time once again to remind everyone, (and by ‘everyone',’ I mean all of the people looking to get hired and all the employers looking to hire).

Employers: HIRE NOW - Do not wait or think that after the holidays it is much better than during the holidays. It is not. Once the year is over, January and February are just holding months until the budgets are in. Be competitive this year and hire now.

The people who are looking during the holidays are the ones that you need and want. They are serious about their career and want you, the EMPLOYER, to hire them in 2024.

Yes, you can give them a start date in January 2025, but don’t lose the top candidates who take their career seriously. Give yourself the gift of a good and valuable hire this year. 2025 will be much easier, more inspiring, and more prosperous.
