‘Tis the Season for Hiring

“I know we are approaching the holiday season when recruiting slows down, so I am not expecting much movement until early next year.”

This sentence could not be further from the truth!

EMPLOYERS-hire before the holidays. Beat the competition, show you value your team and move forward prior to the holidays. If you can, hire and let them start after the holidays. What a great gift you can offer, “You’re hired, relax, and enjoy your holidays.” Because when they are over, we are going to make you part of our team!

EMPLOYEE’S-Take the initiative and beat out your competition. You know, the ones that think they can just relax during the holidays. You, however, are proactive and mean business. You know that the worthwhile companies want to see intent, passion and drive and you get to let them know that although the holidays are important to you and will be celebrated with your loved one, you love yourself a bit more and want to find your career before the holidays. You want to smile knowing you got the role and beat out the competition. Good for you. 

EVERYONE-For 29 years I have been sharing this message. The holidays are magical and should be celebrated with family and friends, I will never discourage that nor take that away. What I will share, once again, hire now, rejoice afterwards. Nothing makes the tree lighting, regardless of your beliefs, more spiritual than knowing you are employed. Jobs, careers, all of it. 

NOW, GO OUT THEIR AND CONQUER AND FIND YOUR CAREER OR JOB. AND EMPLOYERS, HIRE THEM!
