What This Sales VP Did To Land His Dream Job

My client found me on LinkedIn, reviewed my website and booked a time with me so we could meet and talk. He was a very successful VP of Sales and Director. His problem? His resume needed work and his confidence was lacking. He felt lost and wanted to be competitive in the market but didn’t know how to showcase himself. So, he booked a time with me, I tore him apart, nicely, and he found his balance, clarity, his voice, and most importantly, he built his resume using his voice, his story and showed his impact and value on what he could offer any employer.

It didn’t take long for him to start getting noticed.

He booked another session with me so I could coach him for the interviews. He used his personal job description that he created during our process working together; something I made him do. He was able to ask the important questions to make sure he would be making the right decision.

After receiving 3 offers, he went with his gut: the culture fit, and a company that out loud said he would be valued here. Yup, he took the job, and he is happier now than ever before.

He found his balance, respected himself once again, and is now sharing his experience with his friends.

“Btw, I did get a new career and actually ended up with 3 different companies making offers in the same week. Wanted to say thanks. You offered no-BS clarity to identify the fit and questions to ask that made the difference. Great work Coach!”

This is my jam! This is what makes me happy. This is the value I offer to anyone who wants to work with me, this is also my purpose of doing what I do, and my why- because I can, I should and I really love it.
