Interviewing Tips For 2023

What is the first thing you think about when you are interviewing?

·        Money

·        Location-onsite, hybrid, remote, all three, only 1 or 2?

·        The culture? (You must be able to define the culture that you need and want before you interview)

·        Does the hiring manager actually know how to interview?

·        If it all starts with the recruiter, how in depth do I go with them?

·        How many questions should I have ready?

·        How many questions are they going to ask me?

·        What do I say? What do I ask?

·        How do I present myself?

·        How much prep is too much prep or not enough?

·        What do I wear? (This is easy. Be professional and be comfortable and make sure if it is in person, you have clean shoes)

So many thoughts, concerns, and planning go into getting ready for an interview. I can help you. Within 30 minutes, I can offer you a great prep for your next interview. Interested.
