What if all we shared on a resume was information about where we worked, how we worked, our accomplishments and what our real value would be to the organization?

What if interviewing was just a real person calling another real person to ask them if they would be interested in interviewing with the company they applied to?

What if the first interview was based on the company needs and wants, as well as the employer getting to know the applicant by simply listening to them intently: What they are saying, how they are saying it, with or without conviction in their tone of voice.

Can you see how company cultures would change? Can you see how mindsets might just change to include everyone? If the way one person got hired is standard practice, then everyone else went through the journey to get there.
